If your winch is not operating properly, please review all troubleshooting and FAQ in your owner’s manual, and in the FAQ section of this site.

If you’d prefer to have a call with one of our engineers or customer service reps, please visit the HELP CENTER or CONTACT section and schedule an appointment.

 

If your winch meets the warranty criteria below, please proceed by following these steps:

  1. From the drop-down box, select the winch that needs service.
  2. Add this to your shopping cart.
  3. Check out to complete your no-charge order.
    • You will receive an email requesting a copy of your proof of purchase along with several questions.
  4. Please reply to the email by attaching a copy of your proof of purchase and answering all questions.
    • You will receive an email with a link to download/print your prepaid shipping label.
  5. Securely package your winch to prevent damage in transit and apply the provided shipping label.
  6. Drop off at the nearest carrier location.
    • Your winch will be delivered to the nearest service center, repaired or replaced and returned to you at no cost.
